Procedure
* Please note that because many of the items are created by our
artists, they are often produced in limited quantities. Sorry,
but we are not able to take orders for items currently out of
stock. Often they are one of a kind pieces. We also have no control
of the artist's licensed work. Licensed merchandise often is only
in production for a year or two or in limited editions. They are
sold on a first come first serve basis. If you see something you
like, we recommend you order it quickly. There is no guarantee
it will be offered again.
Once you submit your order, we will send you a confirmation email
with your ordering information listed. This will include shipping,
insurance, and sales tax if applicable.
Method of Payment
PayPal,Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are
accepted.
Can I use a credit card with PayPal?
Yes, you can use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express
with PayPal. Plus, when you pay with PayPal, you do not expose
your credit card number to the merchant. When processing
through the checkout screen, you will be given the option to sign-in
and pay with your PayPal account or choose to pay with your personal
credit card. If you do not wish to use a PayPal
account - you do not need ot have one to buy our products.
Personal
checks and money orders are also accepted. If paying by check,
please email us at Enchantedsleigh@aol.com
for payment and item selection from our catalog. We will manually
process your order instead of using our PayPal order processing
system. your order will be held until your check has had time
to clear, approximately fifteen days. There will be a $20.00 dollar
fee added for any returned checks.
If
paying by check or money order, payment must be received in
a timely manner or we will reserve the right to cancel your purchase
and items will be re-listed for sale. If you have any questions

International
orders are also accepted. For international orders, please
pay by charge card or an international money order made out to
The Enchanted Sleigh Studios in US funds only. We will adjust
your credit card fee upon receipt of your order. We'll email you
the total for shipping.
Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped once a week. We reserve the right to choose
the carrier that most fits our needs. Most often your order will
be shipped via Priority Mail.

Sales Tax
Residents of Indiana are required to pay Indiana sales tax on
their purchases.
Return Policies
Damaged Goods
Every effort is made to carefully pack our merchandise so it arrives
safely. If despite our efforts, your order arrives damaged please
notify us within three days. Save all of your original packing
materials. It all will need to be returned to the carrier in order
to process the claim for damages. We will contact you for further
instructions. Do not repack and mail damaged items back to us.
It will void the insurance and we will not be able to give you
a refund.
Returns
We take pride in offering unique and high quality items. We make
every effort to describe our items to the best of our ability.
If you have any questions about an item please email us before
placing an order. If that rare occasion occurs where your order
is anything less than anticipated, please contact us within ten
days (by phone or email) of receipt of your order. Upon our receipt
and inspection of the returned merchandise, we will gladly issue
a refund for your item(s) if returned in the same condition as
it was sent. The refund will exclude any ship/insurance costs
for which you are responsible. The buyer is responsible for any
return ship/insurance costs, which will not be reimbursed. We
must receive returned merchandise within 10 days of the date from
which you contact us regarding the return. We will allow longer
for international orders.
